From startups to turnarounds to growing Fortune 100 companies, we have strategic and tactical expertise in solving a broad array of today’s business challenges.
Our primary focus is in helping companies define their corporate strategy, develop and execute their business plan, build and execute a sales and marketing strategy, and obtain capital to grow. We primarily work with small to medium sized companies but also have experience in very large organizations as well.
Raymond L. Weadock General Partner
Ray Weadock is a seasoned CEO with a broad thirty-three year computer industry background. He has a unique combination of experience in both start up and Fortune 100 environments, having managed 8 – 18,000 person organizations that have generated revenues from $5M - $5B. His diverse technical background includes Enterprise software, hardware, networking, security, computer services, mass merchandising and manufacturing environments.
He has led or has been instrumental in building six startup companies. He draws on those experiences to help you jump start your own company. Having learned both formally and from experiencing first hand some of the mistakes that you don't want to make.
Ray is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Finance and Marketing and The Executive Institute at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Having spent most of his career in the Silicon Valley and Boston, today he lives in Florida with his wife, two sons and two dogs.

Scott T. Springer General Partner

Scott Springer is an accomplished business leader with broad experience across all aspects of running a business. His experience includes leading a software / hardware engineering department, running several major cross-discipline projects, directing strategy development and planning, implementing process and cost improvement, heading product management, leading information technology application development, running major operations centers, and ultimately leading a $1B business unit.
Scott is an expert in creating high-performing teams, in aligning strategy and execution, and in building successful organizations. He also understands how to foster effective innovation, which includes how to generate new ideas and just as importantly, how to sort through multiple ideas to ensure the organization makes the right investments.
Scott started his career flying jet fighters for the USAF, later worked at Bain Consulting, and then achieved success in various roles in a major textile company executing a successful turnaround situation. He then spent 15 years at the Nielsen television ratings, culminating in full P&L responsibility for the entire business.
Scott is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Management & Administration, summa cum laude, and also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has two grown sons, and lives in Florida with his wife.
